- 1.5 cups of pumpkin purée (canned or homemade)
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- About 1 cup of your favourite white icing (homemade or store bought)
Topping ideas
- Canned pears
- Canned peaches
- Canned apple pie
- You can use your favourite fruit toppings too
Garnish ideas
- Cinnamon sugar
- Sugar
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate flakes
Material Needed
- Icing bag with star tip (optional)
- Non-stick round pan

Pumpkin Cookie Donut Instructions
- 1. Mix pumpkin purée, flour, and cake mix until well combined.
- 2. Press onto a non stick round pan. Make sure you get dough into all the edges.

- 3. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- 4. Remove from oven and let cool fully.

- 5. Take a large wide cup and punch a whole in the middle making a “donut”.

- 6. Ice with vanilla icing (you can pipe icing on with a star tip, or you can spread it on).

- 7. Drain the canned pears and add pears on top of icing or top with desired toppings.

- 8. Garnish with some cinnamon sugar or other listed alternatives.
