4 Fresh Fruit Vinaigrette Recipes: Orange, Strawberry, Lemon, Blueberry

Just in time for summer! 4 amazing fresh fruit vinaigrette recipes that you must try! They are super easy to prepare and so delicious. You can make the vinaigrettes year round, but I am really looking forward to picking fresh strawberries and blueberries in the fields this summer and making some batches in Mason jars. You can serve them on spinach and kale salad, or on any of your favourite salads. Fresh Orange Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small jar with a tight-fitting cover, combine the orange juice, vinegar, mustard, honey and pepper.
  2. Cover and shake well until combined.
  3. To store, refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  4. Shake well before serving.

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, mix olive oil, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth.

STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Whisk the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a small bow
  2. Slowly stream olive oil into the vinegar mixture while whisking briskly.
  3. Beat lemon juice into the mixture.
  4. Pour dressing into a sealable jar or bottle, seal, and shake until emulsified.

LEMON VINAIGRETTE
