Just in time for summer! 4 amazing fresh fruit vinaigrette recipes that you must try! They are super easy to prepare and so delicious. You can make the vinaigrettes year round, but I am really looking forward to picking fresh strawberries and blueberries in the fields this summer and making some batches in Mason jars. Fresh Orange Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a small jar with a tight-fitting cover, combine the orange juice, vinegar, mustard, honey and pepper.
- Cover and shake well until combined.
- To store, refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- Shake well before serving.
ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, mix olive oil, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
STRAWBERRY VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar

Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Whisk the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a small bow
- Slowly stream olive oil into the vinegar mixture while whisking briskly.
- Beat lemon juice into the mixture.
- Pour dressing into a sealable jar or bottle, seal, and shake until emulsified.
LEMON VINAIGRETTE
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Blueberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries washed and dried
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- In the work bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Refrigerate until serving time.

I’ve never heard of fresh fruit vinaigrette before, what a great idea. I often make a vinaigrette with maple syrup as one of the ingredients, I’m sure these would tastes super good too. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I think the lemon would be amazing on spinach salad. I thought making these would be more difficult but I’m happy to learn it’s not as complicated as I thought.
