There Is a Safe and Natural Way to Reduce Life’s Chaos.
Are you suffering from ANXIETY and SLEEP PROBLEMS? They are amongst the most common issues women are struggling with these days, which doesn’t surprise me with all the stress in relationships, in the work place and even with life in general.
Getting It All Done Under 30 Seconds…What?
Getting the kids ready for school and extra curricular activities, making sure you meet those dead-lines at work, staying on top of your social calendar and social media, can make your head spin.
All of these stress factors jack up our cortisol level and adrenaline, and conventional medicine will most likely send you off to the pharmacy with a prescription for Benzos or sleeping pills.🙁
Now the problem with this, is that these medications have serious short-term memory and long-term cognitive function side effects! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be walking in a room and trying to remember why I went there in the first place.🤔
There Is a Safer and More Natural Way
As a family herbalist, I offer to my clients a more natural and very effective solution without those nasty side-effects.
Oat straw and passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) are my favourite combination to ease anxiety, improve sleep, calm the nervous system and actually heal its nerve endings. Who wants a bucket of this delivered to their doorstep?
Ladies, unless you are in a serious emotional state, there are so many other ways for you to heal your body without turning towards conventional medicine. This is one of the things I teach my resilient clients who are struggling with stress and anxiety.
Word of Caution…
Like I’ve mentioned earlier, there are no known side effects or contraindications to use, though caution is advised with using herbs along with sedative pharmaceuticals.⠀
Your Body Is Your Home 24-7
I invite you to treat your body like a temple…feed it whole, nutritious foods…give it plenty of water and rest…use medicinal herbs such as oat straw and passion flower to heal your nervous system.
Add in some long walks in nature by yourself or with loved-ones, long hot baths with mineral salts, meditations, and some good old writing in a journal to help release those pent up emotions.
And most important, be kind to yourself….you deserve it. 💞

Luckily I’m not affected by sleep problems, though I seldom sleep as long as I used to as a teenager when I could easily lie in bed until lunch time. 🙂
I wish I could slip in too!
My oldest now 42, used to have to have a cold, wet flannel put on his face to get him out of bed to get ready for school. Now he’s up at 5:30 every morning to get to work early so that he’s home early to watch his kids & get supper on the table – amazing, what a transformation!
Lol! I have a 13 year old that could win an award for best late sleeper 😉
This is awesome advice for stress thank you
