2. Hop into Spring Cumberland Heritage Village Museum March 30, 2024

Hop into spring at the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum. Spring is right around the corner and we’re hosting a day of fun, hands-on, family-friendly activities to celebrate the season’s arrival! Say hello to some baby animals with the Heritage Livestock Club of Eastern Ontario, help us crack the case of the farmer’s missing carrots, get creative with a seasonal craft, and more. You might even spot the Easter Bunny and collect a small treat or two along the way. Advance registration is required. 

3. Steeped in Traditions: Ottawa Tea Cultures and Rituals from March until October 13, 2024

Steeped in Traditions: Ottawa Tea Cultures and Rituals explores the history, traditions, and aesthetics of our region’s varied tea cultures. The exhibition being held at the Billings Estate National Historic Site celebrates human connections to community and the natural environment through the lens of tea consumption.

4. Ottawa Grassroots Festival April 25-28, 2024

The Ottawa Grassroots Festival is an annual family event that celebrates folk music, dance and spoken word. The festival is held at the Southminster United Church in the Glebe neighbourhood.

5. Wesley Clover Parks Equestrian Tournaments starting May 2024

World-class equestrian sport located at the Wesley Clover Parks in the heart of the nation’s capital. Bring the family as spectators to view showjumping at it’s best!

6. CN Cycle for CHEO on May 5th, 2024
