The Paleolithic diet seems to be taking the world by storm right now. Many people are adapting to this diet in hopes to either lose weight or get healthier overall. To make it easier for you, we have compiled a list of over 20 Paleo recipes for you to try!

What do you eat on a Paleo Diet

What in the world do you eat when you are on the Paleo diet? Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts make up most of the modern Paleolithic diet. Basically, a general rule of thumb is that if a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. If you can hunt or gather the food, it is more than likely on the Paleo approved food list.

This doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a good meal, however. Oddly enough, you may find that what you can make is not only healthier (which is the point of Paleo), but not as time-consuming to make. You may even save a few dollars.
