Oreo Knibbler Cookies Recipe

What isn’t to love about Oreo cookies? The delicious cookie is melt-in-your-mouth heavenly goodness, and licking away the sweet white icing is bound to send anyone on Cloud Nine! Oh, and nobody can’t possibly forget how fun it is to dunk an Oreo into a perfectly poured glass of fresh milk! So what could be even better than Oreos, dare I ask? Oreo Nibbler Cookies, that’s what!

This recipe puts a delightful twist on a classic chocolate chip cookie by combining french vanilla cake mix, cream cheese, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and the best ingredient of all: crushed Oreos! This treat is perfect for a movie-night in, get-together’s, or as a tasty dessert!

You will only need a few simple ingredients to get these going:

  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp madagascar vanilla
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Cup chopped Oreo cookies
