- 1 box of Pistachio Instant Pudding
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 8 Maraschino cherries
- 8 tablespoons whipped cream for garnish

Instructions
- In a microwaveable bowl pour 1/4 cup of milk and heat at high for 30 seconds. Remove from Microwave.
- Add the matcha and whisk until it has combine well.
- Add the pistachio pudding mix, the Vodka, and the milk.
- Beat with a whisk or with an electric mixer on lowest speed for 2 minutes.
- Refrigerate the pudding shot for at least 5 minutes to firm it. Remove from refrigerator.
- Using a small spoon, scoop the pudding into the shot glasses and top with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream.
- Garnish each glass with a Maraschino cherry.
Notes
- Only use cow milk for best results as the pudding will not set well with other milk substitutes.
