All right!!! Every day should be truffle day! I would take any one of those listed above. I wouldn’t discriminate. I’m rather open like that. The one thing that bothers me about truffles is that they share the same name with that luxury fungal ingredient at the base of trees found by pigs. I am not a fan, there!

I love sweets, so looking at all of the different recipes for truffles actually has my mouth watering but my 2 favorites are Mint Chocolate Oreo Truffle and Peppermint Truffles because mint chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate.
