1. Witches Brew Recipe
This halloween drink recipe is definitely a frightful punch that is always a big hit at Halloween family parties. A bubbling, frothing witches brew that tastes great and adds to the spooky atmosphere.
Ingredients
- 3 cups dark rum
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
- 1 cup grenadine
- 1 teaspoon bitters
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2-4 lbs food grade dry ice
Directions
- In a small pot, mix sugar and water together.
- Boil until dissolved, and let cool.
- In a large punch bowl, pour in the cooled sugar syrup.
- Add the rum, lime juice, grenadine, bitters and nutmeg to the sugar syrup and mix together well.
- Using tongs, add the dry ice to the room temperature brew.
- Ladle the brew into glasses, leaving the dry ice in the punch bowl so that it will continue to create bubbles and fog.
Break the dry ice into large pieces using a mallet or other tool. Be careful that you use gloves when handling it, since it can cause burns if it comes into contact with your skin. Do not mix the dry ice with regular ice, and do not eat the dry ice or touch it bare-handed. Dry ice is safe to use in drinks as long is it is labeled food grade.
WITCHES BREW RECIPE
Ingredients

- 9 cups tomato juice
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 5 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- several dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- celery stalks
Directions

VAMPIRE BLOODY MARYS RECIPE
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups light rum
- 1 1/4 cups cherry brandy
- 1 3/4 cups lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups blood orange juice
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 12 sliced lime rings or Maraschino cherries
Directions
- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients, and stir until well combined.
- Pour into ice filled cups to serve.
- Garnish each drink with a lime ring or cherry.
For a more fun garnish, add a bamboo skewer to the pitcher and label it with a little sign that says “Voodoo Stick”. Skewer a few pineapple chunks or maraschino cherries onto it if desired.
ZOMBIES COCKTAIL RECIPE

- ½ oz dry vermouth French or clear vermouth)
- ½ oz sweet vermouth Italian or red vermouth)
- ½ oz freshly-squeezed orange juice or blood orange juice
- ½ oz Grand Marnier (or orange Curacao for the curled version)
- 1 -2 dash orange bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
Directions
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
SATAN’S WHISKERS COCKTAIL
Ingredients
- ½ oz gin
- ½ oz dry vermouth French or clear vermouth)
- ½ oz sweet vermouth Italian or red vermouth)
