Easy Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables or mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes (minced)
  • 1 (4oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper

Material Needed

  • Pot or Dutch oven

How To Make the Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Brown meat in a Dutch oven or pot.
  2. Remove excess fat.
  3. Add veggies, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  4. When this comes to a rolling boil, add bouillon cubes.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lower and simmer until you are ready to eat.

What To Serve the Soup With

Serve the vegetable beef soup with cornbread, biscuits, or crackers.
