Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser Hair Products ~ Review #DamageEraser

I was really excited to have the opportunity to try out the New Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser hair care products. I had seen the commercial on TV where the woman’s hair is curly, frizzy, out of control, and looks pretty similar to mine after I blow dry it. My hair is wavy and frizzy, so it’s difficult to manage, and on top of that I use a hair straightener to take out the curls. I was really hoping the Fructis Damage Eraser products would also help with my dry hair and split ends. After a long winter, I find my hair is even more dry, so I need all the help that I can get!

I wash my hair every other day, and have been using the Fructis Damage Eraser products for 1 week. This photo was taken after I applied the Damage Eraser Fortifying Shampoo and the Damage Eraser Repairing Mask. Can you tell that I am an 80’s kind of girl! Yep, I can rock with the best of them, bring it on Bon Jovi!

I do love my wavy hair, except it’s so hard to keep the curls without the frizz. I have to let them dry naturally and apply products to tame the frizz. I can’t comb or brush it, if I do, I am doomed and look like a shaggy dog!

Benefits of Using the Fructis Damage Eraser:

  • Has the power to reconstruct hair strength by 90%  from root-to-tip, so styling tools can be used without worry
  • Designed for dry and damaged hair
  • Ideal for women who are “Damage Criminals”: Those who use a hair straightener, blow dryer or other heat styling tool regularly, but won’t give up on your favourite look

FRUCTIS DAMAGE ERASER FORTIFYING SHAMPOO

The shampoo cleaned my hair thoroughly. It has a nice smell; not too flowery or sweet. The texture is relatively more liquid, like a hand soap, and yellowish in colour. The Damage Eraser Fortifying Shampoo promotes stronger hair that looks rejuvenated, giving hair a natural, healthy shine and soft hair.

FRUCTIS DAMAGE ERASER REPAIRING CONDITIONER

After shampooing my hair, it’s all wavy and tangled so I definitely need to use a conditioner. It left my hair easily untangled and with less frizz. It has a nice smell not too flowery or sweet. The texture is creamy like a hand cream, pleasant to smell, and yellowish in colour.

FRUCTIS DAMAGE ERASER REPAIRING MASK

I applied the Fructis Damage Eraser Repairing Mask once a week instead of the Fructis Damage Eraser Repairing Conditioner. The mask is rich and contains the butter is designed to intensely reconstruct hair’s strength for strong, rejuvenated, and shiny-looking hair. I left it on my hair for about 3 to 5 minutes and rinsed. The texture is creamy, looks like butter, and pleasant to smell. It left my hair extremely soft, easily untangled and with less frizz.

I would definitely recommend trying the Fructis Damage Eraser hair care products. I really liked the fact that they left my hair so soft and manageable. In a short time, you will see your hair strengthened, revitalized, and rejuvenated!

  1. I love the way your hair looks after using the flat iron, shiny and soft! I loved using the Fructis Damage Eraser products, it definitely helped with all the heat tools that goes on in my hair.

  2. One of the things I’m most impressed with this line is how easily the conditioner detangles my hair. I have long, thick, curly hair that is usually in knots by the end of the day. It takes a pretty heavy duty conditioner to get through that and the Damage Control conditioner took care of those knots really easily!

  3. Your before and after pictures really tell a story! I love the creamy butter type texture of the Fructis Damage Eraser conditioner!

  4. This sounds like a great set of products for someone with damaged hair. Thanks for trying it out and letting us know how well it worked for you.

  5. I think I will love the Strength Reconstructing Butter and will pick it up when I go out, thanks ! Love your hair

  6. I have this product at home! Love it! It really makes a huge difference in my hair ( My hair is like your wavy but can get quite frizzy, on top of that it also happens to be beyond thick!)

    • Amy, I have to say I was totally amazed by the Garnier Damage Eraser products and now I use them and so does my daughter. Great hair system.

  7. I loved your hair in the curly state, but understand completely the fuzz issue. One of my girls has fuzzy, tangly curls no matter what products I use. I have spend a fortune on a million different hair helpers with little success. I will look for these. Thanks!

    • Brenda, The Damage Eraser products are great when you use blow drying, iron, etc.. They also have a line for frizzy hair, that one might be better for her if you want to keep the curls.

    • Thank you for the compliment Nikki! We have switched over to the Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser products now, that’s how much we liked it!

  8. This sounds like a product for my daughter who has naturally very curly hair. She has to let hers dry naturally too and then lathers it with a foam to help tame the frizzy bits.

  9. I’m an eighties chick too, I love miss the big hair and I love Bon Jovi. But it’s nice to see you don’t have to spend a lot to have healthy hair.
