This pizza puffs recipe is so easy to make, and it costs a fraction of the cost of a delivery. It comes together with simple ingredients like sauce, cheese, and refrigerator biscuits. On a busy night, you can have this dish on the table, from start to finish in just about 35 minutes.

Since everyone loves pizza, this is an awesome way to feed a crowd, or just treat yourself to something cheesy! I like to make this with just pepperoni and cheese when I am in a hurry to get dinner together, but sometimes I add in, onions, green peppers, black olives, or ham and banana peppers to add a little extra kick to the dish.

Pepperoni Pizza Puffs Ingredients

  • 1 can of large buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni

How To Make The Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F degrees.

2. Cut pepperoni into quarters.

3. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

4. In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, 3/4 cup pepperoni, and 1/2 cup cheese.

5. Spray a baking dish with olive oil, and spoon the biscuit mixture into the dish.

7. Top with the remaining cup of cheese, 1/4 cup pepperoni, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. If desired, broil until lightly browned on top, and enjoy!
