These tacos are a great option for a Super Bowl game recipe to serve at a party with lots of guests. It creates a good portion of meat, meaning there will be plenty to go around! If you want to double the recipe, I would recommend just preparing two batches, to avoid overcrowding your pressure cooker. I use our favourite taco seasoning; feel free to use the style you like best, or whip up a batch of homemade if you have time.
