Scavenger hunts are perfect as a boredom buster! They give kids something to do, they are virtually mess free and all ages can get in on the fun. As a kid, I always loved a good challenge as a kid, and putting me to task looking for things was a great way to keep me engaged. I might not be a kid anymore, but I still love a good challenge, so the time tested tradition of scavenger hunts still appeals to me! I was inspired to create a printable to share with you to keep your family happily hunting on indoor days.

This free printable features common items that most households will have in them, such as blue crayons or markers, balls, and toys with wheels. While the concept and target items are basic, this scavenger hunt will have the kids happily entertained as they look all over for the items. They might want to race to see who can find everything first, or maybe they will look together for teamwork skills. Either way, the results are bound to be classic fun!
