Reading is an excellent way to escape for a few minutes. So pick a favorite genre and give the mind a break from reality. It is an excellent option to beat those winter blues!

It is amazing what a pity party among friends can accomplish. Decorate with black balloons. Suggest everyone come with their saddest story. Have some great food, with some nutrition hidden inside, and celebrate the fact that we are all in a bad mood. Really? What is the point of suffering alone?
