Sing loud and strong! It really doesn’t matter what you sing or if it is on key! It is the way the lungs take in air and the great things that does for the body when you are singing from the diaphragm. If it is only in the shower once a day it is still helpful!

Reading is an excellent way to escape for a few minutes. So pick a favorite genre and give the mind a break from reality. It is an excellent option to beat those winter blues!
