Stepping Back in Time at Tucker House

The Tucker House, a stunning 19th-century mansion, stands as a testament to Rockland’s rich history and architectural heritage. Built in the 1870, this grand, Georgian-style home has been meticulously preserved, its elegant rooms and hallways transporting visitors to a bygone era. The grand manor was originally the home of the Tucker family, prominent members of the Rockland community who played a significant role in the town’s development. Today, it stands as a testament to the town’s heritage, a beautifully preserved landmark that continues to captivate visitors with its timeless charm, architectural elegance and 33 acres of recreational trails and greenery.

Throughout the year, the Tucker House Renewal Centre, a charitable organization, plays host to a variety of cultural events and educational programs, but it is during the holiday season that the estate truly shines. As the leaves fall, the grounds undergoes a magical transformation, becoming a winter fair that captivates all who enter.
