Popsicles are the heart of summer. No matter how young, or old you are, a popsicle can cool you off and make you smile. Chances are, it will taste perfect on a hot day too. This Coconut Orange and Chia Popsicles recipe is super simple and made with 3 real ingredients that you’ll love.

This summer, why not try your hand at making homemade popsicles that are so healthy, you will have no guilt over eating, one or two, or feeding them to your kids! Made with coconut milk, fresh squeezed orange juice and chia seeds, these Coconut Orange and Chia Popsicles are refreshing, tasty and fuss free. They are also dairy and refined sugar free, so that everyone can enjoy them! And trust me! They will enjoy them, you might want to make a double batch.

Coconut, orange, chia popsicles are so easy to make. I know a lot of people feel intimidated by making homemade popsicles, because it can be tough to remove the popsicles from the mold. There is a trick to this which makes it a little easier. You just dunk the bottom mold in a few inches of warm water. Then the pops will slide right out!
Make a batch in the morning and serve them for an afternoon treat. They will take about 3 hours to freeze. You can make them ahead of time, and they will stay fresh for about a week, as long as they are covered!
I like to make them with fresh squeezed orange juice, but in a pinch I have used pre-packaged orange juice. The results are delicious both ways.
