Equipment

  • 30 lollipop sticks
  • 1 9 x 13 inch pan

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 225 g bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Valentine’s sprinkles ( 1 bottle)

Directions

  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large pot, melt butter on medium heat.
  • Add marshmallows and stir frequently until melted.
  • Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispie cereal.
  • Pour cereal mix into 9 x 13 pan.
  • Using a piece of parchment paper over the top, push mixture into the pan.
  • Refrigerate the pan for about an hour.
  • Cut Rice Krispie bars into small 1 inch squares.
  • Add a lollipop stick to each.
  • Melt chocolate on 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring well in between.
  • Dip Rice Krispie pops into the melted chocolate, add sprinkles, and place onto parchment paper.
  • Place the pops in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
