Thin Pepperoni Christmas Pizza

THIN PEPPERONI CHRISTMAS PIZZA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll of pie dough store bought, but you can make your own too
  • 1 bag of pepperoni I used almost a whole package
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2-3 mozzarella cheese slices or your favourite cheese

Instructions
 

  • Roll out one of the rolls of pie dough and place it on a parchment lined tray.
  • Place sauce on the dough and spread.
  • Place pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  • Place in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until just golden brown.
  • While the pizza is cooking cut out the cheese shapes by using a Christmas tree cookie cutter or other ones.
  • Remove from oven and place cheese on and then place back in oven for 5 minutes.
  • When the cheese is melted, remove and enjoy!

Notes

MATERIAL NEEDED
  • Christmas tree cookie cutters
  • Rolling pin
  • Parchment lined tray
HOW TO STORE THE CHRISTMAS PIZZA
Refrigerator: Store the pizza in a sealed plastic container in the refrigerator for 5 days after making it.
Freezer: The pizza can be frozen in a sealed container for 6 months.
