1cupwhite chocolate peppermint baking chips or 1 tsp peppermint extract and 1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2cupchocolate chips
4tbsphot fudge sauce
1candy cane

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with a non stick baking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the sour cream, eggs, and butter. Mix on medium until combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix on medium until well combined.
Gently stir in the white chocolate peppermint baking chips and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool in a loaf pan for 10 minutes.
Remove the homemade quick bread from the loaf pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
