Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated. Add extra ice for a thicker smoothie or additional milk to thin the smoothie out depending on desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTSIf you have a gluten sensitivity, make sure you use a certified gluten free rolled oat brand. The spices I used make the ideal blend of gingerbread flavour. I recommend sticking as close to the recipe as possible for the best flavour.
