Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado peeled with pit removed
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 large orange peeled
  • 1 cup kale washed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of yogurt optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high speed until smooth (about 30 seconds).

Notes

If you can tolerate dairy, you can try adding one cup of vanilla Greek yogurt to add protein and turn this smoothie into a delicious orange creamsicle! You can also add a non-dairy yogurt.
