Caramel Crunch Hot Chocolate with Skor Bits and Caramel Drizzle

Equipment

  • Sauce pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cups of chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp white sugar or brown sugar if you want a deeper flavour
  • 3 tbs Hershey’s Skor bar cut into bits
  • 1/2 cup Whipping cream
  • 4 tsp Caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy sauce pan, heat milk until warm. This should only take about 5 minutes. You just want it to warm up to the point that the milk will help melt the chocolate.
  • Add in chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir continuously until chocolate is melted and mixture is hot. You don’t want to boil the milk, just heat it.
  • Pour hot chocolate into cups and garnish with whipping creme, Skor bits, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
