Instructions
Crust layer
In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the crust and mix until combined.
Use a tablespoon and scoop the crust and place in each cup. After, press the crust down into the cups to create a firm even layer.
Apple Pie layer
Add 1 cup of boiling water to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add the apple jello to the boiling water, stir to combine. Remove from the heat.
Whisk for about 2 minutes until all the powder has dissolved.
Stir in the Crown Royal.
Pour the apple jello on top of the crust to 3⁄4 of the way full.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Caramel Apple topping
In a medium frying pan add the butter, heat on medium until melted.
Add the apples and cinnamon and cook until tender.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Place the cooked apples in a bowl and add the caramel. Mix to combine.
Place the caramel apples on top of the apple jello until full.
Top with whipped cream.
