Instructions
- Start by filling a champagne glass one-third of the way with the blue curaçao.
- Next, fill another third of the glass with the orange juice.
- Finally, top off the glass with your desired amount of champagne.
- Create the Rainbow and Clouds: Using the toothpicks, rainbow candy, and marshmallows, create a colourful rainbow and fluffy clouds to adorn the top of the drink.
- Place the rainbow creation on top of the mimosa, and your festive St. Patrick’s Day cocktail is ready!
