Using a double boiler, or the microwave in a bowl, melt the chocolate chips and the crisco together stirring often, until the chocolate chips can be stirred smooth. If you melt in the microwave, stir every 30 seconds.
When the chocolate is melted smooth, add in the dry roasted peanuts and stir. Now add the mini marshmallows and stir.
Drop by the spoonful onto the parchment paper and allow to cool and dry for about 30 minutes. You can also put the cookie sheet into the fridge to speed the process along.
