- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flaked coconuts
- 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows cut in half
- 3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup finely chopped lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts
MIX together all ingredients (except for the roasted peanuts) in a medium bowl until blended.
FORM mixture into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp (press firmly when forming).
Roll each ball in chopped peanuts, pressing to coat.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
