In a cocktail shaker, combine the handful of Lucky Charms marshmallows and the 2 ounces of Irish cream. Allow this mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes, giving the marshmallows time to soak up the creamy Irish cream.

While the marshmallow-Irish cream mixture is resting, prepare the serving glass. Coat the rim of the glass with a layer of Fluff or another marshmallow-based spread. This will help the marshmallow garnishes stick to the rim. You can also add a few extra Lucky Charms marshmallows to the rim for extra decoration.

Once the 5-10 minutes are up, add the 2 ounces of vodka to the cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds to thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Strain the Irish cream cocktail into the prepared glass, making sure to leave any remaining Lucky Charms marshmallow pieces in the shaker.

For an extra pop of colour, add 2-3 drops of green food colouring to the cocktail and stir gently to incorporate.

Garnish the drink with a few more Lucky Charms marshmallows, either on the rim or floating in the St. Patrick’s Day Martini.
