In a large bowl mix together the lemon jello and gelatin. Add in ½ cup of boiling water and mix well.
Add in ½ cup of ice and stir until melted.
Add the first layer of lemon jello to your desired cups.
Place in fridge to set for 45 minutes.
Prepare the cream layer by mixing yogurt, gelatin, and ½ cup of boiling water and stir to combine. Add the ice and stir until melted.
Once the jello has set, pour your layer of cream to your desired thickness. You will have left over creamy mixture, just set it aside in the fridge.
Repeat lemon layer and cream layer until the cup is full.
Chill the Lemon Jello Parfait in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
NOTEIf you want 3 layers you’ll need to do these steps 3 times.If your remaining cream layer sets up while you are pouring the jello layer, simply warm it on the stove gently to a melt to continue to use.
