- 8 tbsp Whipping cream to your liking
- 4 Strawberries sliced, to top
On low, cook strawberries in a pot for 10 minutes stirring frequently. You will be left with a thick mixture that has a bit of natural syrup.
Toast English muffins and top with strawberry mix.
Top with some whipping cream and additional strawberry.
