- 1 1/3 cup Blueberries
- 1 1/3 cup Almond milk or milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 cup Whipped cream or to taste
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash the blueberries.
Mix all blueberries and milk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds and the lemon zest. Mix well.
Put the blueberry chia pudding in jars and cover them.
Cool about 2 hours.
When serving the chia pudding cold, drizzle with milk or garnish with whipped cream and blueberries.
