  • 1 Blender
  • 4 bowls
  • 2 Jars


  • 1 1/3 cup Blueberries
  • 1 1/3 cup Almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream or to taste


  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Wash the blueberries.
  • Mix all blueberries and milk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Stir in the chia seeds and the lemon zest. Mix well.
  • Put the blueberry chia pudding in jars and cover them.
  • Cool about 2 hours.
  • When serving the chia pudding cold, drizzle with milk or garnish with whipped cream and blueberries.
