Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread

This three-ingredient pull apart cheesy garlic bread is very easy to do and doesn't take much time. It makes a delicious cheesy appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large uncut bread loaf such as an oval loaf Italian oval, rustic white bread, or a crusty rustic bread.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cheddar or your favourite cheese
  • ½ cup garlic butter or garlic spread store bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Take the loaf and score the top. You can do this by cutting around the loaf and then cutting “squares” of bread. You don’t want to cut right through, so be careful.
  • score the top of the loaf bread
  • Spread the garlic butter into each “cut”. You don’t have to do this perfectly, just try to get the spread into each cut as best you can.
  • Stuff cheese into each section and then remaining on top.
  • Place in 325 degree oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove and pull apart the garlic cheese bread.
