White Chocolate Figs with Coarse Sugar
White chocolate figs dusted with shimmering coarse sugar are just the delicacy to indulge in by the fire with a plate of cheese.
- 8-10 figs
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips melted
- 2 tbsp decorating coarse sugar optional
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. You can also melt them in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time, and repeat until melted.
Dip whole figs in melted white chocolate chips.
Sprinkle with decorating coarse sugar (I used white but you could use other colours).
Place on a parchment-lined tray and let set up in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
HOW TO STORE THE WHITE CHOCOLATE FIGS
- Refrigerator: Store uneaten (yeah, right) figs in a sealed plastic container in the refrigerator for 2-4 days after making.
- Freezer: Figs can be frozen in a sealed container for 6 to 9 months.
