  • 8 large buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni


  • Cut pepperoni into quarters.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, 3/4 cup pepperoni, and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Spray a baking dish with olive oil, and spoon the biscuit mixture into the dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, and the center is cooked.
  • Top with the remaining cup of cheese, 1/4 cup pepperoni, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. If desired, broil until lightly browned on top, and enjoy!
