FROZEN FRUIT CUPS RECIPE
Frozen Fruit Cups are the ultimate summer treat. They are packed with healthy fruits and frozen to perfection for a sweet way to beat the heat on a hot day! These are easy to make, and are sure to be a family favourite.

12 oz frozen pineapple juice concentrate 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate 1 cup water 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 packages of frozen strawberries sliced 284 ml or 10 oz mandarin oranges drained 2 398 ml or 14 oz pineapple crushed 3 bananas sliced
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together
Spoon into each cup or jar until it is about 3/4 full
Place the cups in the freezer for at least 3 hours
Remove 30 minutes to an 1 hour before serving as you want them to be slushy
