Frozen Fruit Cups are the ultimate summer treat. They are packed with healthy fruits and frozen to perfection for a sweet way to beat the heat on a hot day! These are easy to make, and are sure to be a family favourite.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 packages of frozen strawberries sliced
  • 284 ml or 10 oz mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 398 ml or 14 oz  pineapple crushed
  • 3 bananas sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together
  • Spoon into each cup or jar until it is about 3/4 full
  • Place the cups in the freezer for at least 3 hours
  • Remove 30 minutes to an 1 hour before serving as you want them to be slushy

Equipment needed:
Mixing Bowls 
10 cups or Mason Jars ( 1 cup or 7-10 oz in size)
