Preheat oven to 350
line pan with cupcake liners
In a standing mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, set aside until its cool to touch.
Add in the butter and sugar.
Add in the eggs, one at a time until fully mixed
Add in the oil and vanilla
Sift the flour, salt and cocoa in another and then add to the wet ingredients.
Mix in the eggnog until combined.
Fill liners half way and bake 21 minutes.
