This Easy No Churn Cake Batter Ice Cream with sprinkles combines three of my favourite things; Funfetti, Cake Batter, and Ice Cream!

  • Stand mixer
  • Whisk
  • 2 Bowls
  • Rubber spatula
  • 2 quart container with lid


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles


  • Using a mixer whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.
  • In a separate large, bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, butter, cake mix and sprinkles.
  • Combine mixtures by folding in whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
  • Spread into a 2-quart container and cover.
  • Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • Store in freezer.
