This Easy No Churn Cake Batter Ice Cream with sprinkles combines three of my favourite things; Funfetti, Cake Batter, and Ice Cream!

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Using a mixer whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.
In a separate large, bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, butter, cake mix and sprinkles.
Combine mixtures by folding in whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
Spread into a 2-quart container and cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Store in freezer.
