cookie sheet fitted with parchment
1
bag of Tortilla Chips
1
cooked whole Chicken
shredded
1
can of Black Beans
drained
1
can of Corn
drained
1/2
onion
diced
1 to
mato
diced
1
avocado
diced
1
cup
cilantro leaves
chopped
1
Block of Monterey Jack Cheese
shredded
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Pour the bag of the tortilla chips onto the cookie sheet
3. Evenly spread out the chicken on top of the chips
4. Sprinkle the black beans and corn all over the chicken
5. Fully cover the chicken, beans and corn with the cheese
6. Sprinkle the onion and tomatoes and cilantro on top of the cheese
7. Place into the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
8. Once melted, pull out of the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
