  • 12 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion 1


  • Turn your burners on to medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken wings; cook about 5 minutes on each side or until brown on both sides.
  • For sauce, in a large bowl combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  • Add the wings to the bowl with the sauce and toss them.
  • Place wings back on the grill.
  • Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with green onion.
