Bacon Maple Bread Pudding Recipe
  • 1 11 X 9 baking dish
  • Pam spray
  • Parchment paper
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 7 cup cubed bread
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 can of whipped cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Tear off a piece of parchment paper long enough so the bottom and sides of the dish are covered.
  3. Spray with pam spray
  4. Take a sharp knife and cut your bread into 1/4 strips
  5. Turn the bread and cute the 1/4 strips again to get cubes
  6. Set aside in a large bowl
  7. In the small sauce pan, add the milk and butter and put on medium heat until butter is melted
  8. Fry up the bacon to your liking and set aside
  9. In a small bowl, add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together and mix until combined
  10. Add 1/4 C maple syrup to the egg mixture
  11. Pour egg mixture over the bread
  12. Pour milk over the bread and mix
  13. Add to your baking dish
  14. Chop up the bacon and then add to your bread pudding
  15. Bake for 40 minutes
  16. Pull out and set aside
  17. Top with whipped cream and maple syrup
