Snickerdoodle Blondies Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. whole milk
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a 13×9 glass baking dish or baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Set it to the side.
  4. In a large bowl, add your melted butter, sugar, and milk.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Add in your eggs one at a time, stir until combined after each egg is added.
  7. In a separate large bowl, add your flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Add your butter mixture into the flour mixture stir until combined.
  10. Pour your cookie batter into your 13×9 pan.
  11. In a small bowl, add the 2 Tablespoons sugar and 1½ teaspoons cinnamon.
  12. Stir to combine.
  13. Sprinkle the topping over the batter.
  14. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
  15. Once removed from the oven let it cool to room temperature before cutting.
