Valentine’s Day Rice Krispie Pops Recipe

  • 6 cups 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 225 g bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 bottle Valentine’s sprinkles
  • 40 lollipop sticks
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter on medium heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir frequently until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispie cereal.
  5. Pour cereal mix into 9 x 13 pan.
  6. Using a piece of parchment paper over the top, push mixture into the pan.
  7. Refrigerate the pan for about an hour.
  8. Cut Rice Krispie bars into small 1 inch squares.
  9. Add a lollipop stick to each.
  10. Melt chocolate on 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring well in between.
  11. Dip Rice Krispie pops into the melted chocolate, add sprinkles, and place onto parchment paper.
  12. Place the pops in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
