Lyne is happily married and has two amazing teenagers. She is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI), Certified Professional Wedding Consultant, and an Event Planner. It has always been her dream to create a website dedicated just for Moms since her children were young. Thus, after 10 years, she finally accomplished it, and the Ottawa Mommy Club was born in May 2011. She loves all things Disney and is an avid chocoholic. She was also the Queen B of the BConnected Conference, Canada's Digital Influencer and social media Conference in Ottawa and Toronto. She coordinated the Annual Infant Information Day/Early Years Expo for the City of Ottawa for 8 years.     My favourite doll as a child was ‘Timey Tell’. My Mum wasn’t able to keep any of my dolls for keepsakes because I used to try and feed them real baby food. The dolls would start to smell and she would throw them away! I was born to be a Mum…loved feeding my babies 🙂

    Ya, no I didn’t like dolls. My sister loved Barbies. I was the prissy little thing in the pink dress having a tea party with my hotwheels and trains. I did have a couple stuffed animals I liked, my favourite was snoopy.

    I wasn’t into Barbies simply because I didn’t have any. However I did have a Princess Leia doll and a Dororthy Hamill doll that I loved! My daughters are both into Barbie though so they would love to win this one 🙂

    My favourite doll was a rubber bodied doll with eyes that closed when she was laid down and opened when she was upright. Her name was Dana (most of the time but sometimes Sara). I actually still have her!

    I had a few favourite dolls as a child, but my most memorably favourite would be my Cabbage Patch Dolls. I had loads of dolls and I loved my Dorothy Hamill Barbie, but my Cabbage Patch were my fave bc of who gave me them. And any Nana that would stand in line for hours and fight over getting us one the first day they came out , makes them even more special:)

    I remember one year my sister and I both got a walking doll for Christmas. I’d hold her hand and she would walk along with me.
