Mommy and Baby Exercise Video – July 2013

There’s no question about it, motherhood changes our life. The concept of taking time for yourself diminishes overnight. And trying to fit in some exercise can be tough, especially if you don’t have access to a gym with daycare. And even if you do have 2 hours of babysitting available you never know what is going to happen once you wake up in the morning. The uncertainty of whether or not your newborn is going to have a good nights sleep, wake up sick, or just not let you leave their side is a common occurrence and can easily sabotage your best intentions of hitting the gym. So what can you do if you want to get your exercise but just can’t seem to get out of the house? Don’t give up! Here’s a video featuring some fun and gentle exercises that mommy and baby can to together!

Note: Please be sure to receive post-delivery doctors approval prior to starting up any new exercise routine. If you are incorporating your baby please be sure he/she is strong enough to hold up their head.
