Nutrition and Fitness for the New Mommy with Fitness Anywhere!
An afternoon for you! This small group workshop will focus on ways for new mothers to acquire and maintain good healthy habits for themselves and their new families.

vertical logoPre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist Kathy Robitaille and Holistic Nutritionist Andrew Judson of Fitness Anywhere downtown will deliver an interactive presentation that will get you both moving and thinking!  Each participant will take away knowledge of their body type and the importance of nutrient timing in order to maintain or achieve ideal body weight and body fat.
We’ll also discuss what’s wrong with today’s nutrition, organic versus non-organic, reading labels for hidden ingredients, fad diets, yeast overgrowth and cleanses that cure.  We’ll change gears halfway through to demonstrate ways that you can get fit at home, without a gym or a personal trainer!

We’ll give you the opportunity to try out these movements first hand here at the studio under our professional guidance and will help you create a fitness program that focuses on increasing your energy and stamina, as well as keeping your metabolism high and your body lean!
