Jooners is a one-stop-shop to coordinate events requiring the contribution of time and/or goods from others. From potlucks to fundraising walks to guest bloggers, Jooners does it all!  Jooners can save you time, reduce stress and help you engage with your community in your roll as a mom, community leader, and blogger. Jooners online sign up sheets help you and your participants get on the same page without a ton of back and forth emails and reply-alls. Jooners online sign up sheets lists items, jobs, times etc. for participants to select and sign up for.

I was thrilled to finally find an online volunteer form to create for our Members events. Is it ever time consuming to do one from scratch on Excel!  I have to contact everyone via email, keep track of their responses, write their availability manually, send them reminders, etc…I created a form on Jooners in 5 minutes!  They have examples ready for you to use or you can create your own form.

Jooners basic memberships are free and ad-free to all.

As soon as I heard about this site, I sent the web link to my son’s hockey team manager.  She was so happy to be able to organize the year end party with ease using a sheet from Jooners.  You can also use Jooners to create a snack duty sheets and a fundraising dinner for sports team.

If you are a teacher or on the PTA, you can create a classroom party, a yard duty, a potluck or a fundraiser form!

I created a meal & errand form to help out a friend that just gave birth and needs a hand with household chores, meals preparation, laundry and picking up the kids from school.  You can add or delete rows, chose dates from a calendar and add them to the list, and select reminders to email volunteers.

Once your form is ready, you can view it then publish it.  Your next step is to insert email addresses to send the invitation to the volunteers and/or friends.

Volunteer click on the link in the email, enter his/her name, email address, and the dates that they are available, and sign up.  It’s that easy!  The form keeps track of everyone’s availability.
For more information you can view their webinarsblogFacebook page and Twitter.
Two lucky readers will have a chance to win a premium membership valued at $49.95!  To enter click Here!

I received compensation from Jooners , however all honest opinions in place and ideas on this blog are my own.
