I Never Knew I Would Love Being a Mom & Playtex Giveaway #PlaytexMommyville 09/08

| August 18, 2013 | 46 Comments

Before I was a mother, I never realized how much love, dedication, devotion, and patience my parents had for me. When I gave birth to my first child, a daughter, it didn’t take long for me to figure this out and be extremely grateful for having such wonderful loving parents. Being a mother definitely changes how you see your life expectations and how you make decisions for your family. I never believe I could enjoy being a mom so much that my husband and I decided I would not return back to work, therefore be a stay at home mom instead. We had to make financial sacrifices, but looking back, I would never change our decision. I was lucky to have the opportunity to be with my children every moment of their early years to see them make their first steps, and hear their first word and also their first tantrum. I visited museums and attractions, and prepared arts and crafts with them during the week and not just on weekends. I never knew that someone so small could affect my whole life so much or that I could love someone so dearly. I never knew I would love being a Mom!

image001 (1)We all know that is not so easy being a mom aka a chauffeur, a cook, a maid, and a teacher without forgetting the sleepless nights, the hours of worrisome and the countless diaper changes. That’s why Playtex Mommyville would like to recognize mothers through their M.O.M (Mom of the Month) Program. Each month, over the next year, Playtex Mommyville will profile a mom and her word of wisdom in hopes of encouraging conversation and learning among mothers. The Mommyville Facebook page will periodically ask moms to answer a set of 3 questions for a chance to shine and also upload a photo of you or your family, so you can be recognized as the Playtex Mom of the Month. They will choose one Mom each month to be featured on the following month’s Facebook cover photo and on Mommyville.ca! Why not enter yourself today!

Enter to win the Playtex Infant Spoon, Twist ‘n Click Bowl™ and Twist ‘n Click Snacker™
