Bucket lists. We all have experiences and adventures we want to try in our lifetime. Some may be to try a new food or as exciting as bungee jumping into the unknown. Ford Canada invited a group of digital influencers at the Coconut Lagoon to think about how to escaping to start working on a bucket list is just a road trip away.
We were treated to an incredible lunch created by Bronze Plate-winning Owner and Executive Chef Joe Thottungal and his talented team. Chef Joe entertained us by preparing part of our meal in front of us while sharing his love of Southern India and his passion for food.

While we sipped on our warm beverages at the end of our meal, Robin Esrock, a well-known travel writer, spoke to our group about searching the world for ultimate bucket list adventures to experience.
He also shared with us his latest book, The Great Global Bucket List, and about how these great experiences can be found close to home. Robin then challenged the group to live out a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list experience around Ottawa with the help of a 2017 Ford Escape! He inspired everyone present to want to get out, explore, and start crossing off those adventures on our #BucketListsOTT!

2017 #FordEscape would be a dream car for me.
We made our first bucket list this summer and I have no idea why we never did it sooner??!! I love checking up on the list weekly and planing our net adventure!!
Certainly looks like a nice car to drive around in. I did part of my bucket list this summer – it was mainly to visit friends I’d not seen in years, it was stressful since I only stayed for 3 days at each spot but it was a lot of fun too and I did visit 4 countries whilst doing it. 🙂
Sounds super lovely. That’s a lot of delicious sounding dishes! Beautiful vehicle as well.
Very nice car
Omgosh the food! Shrimp curry yum yum yum !
The Ford is really cool! So is the dinner. That would have been so much fun! It sounds delicious.
This is awesome, looks like a fun time with lots of food.
The menu sounds like some amazing food and I’d love a new car like this one
This article has inspired me to create a local bucket list!
Wish I was still young enough and had the energy to go on road trips, there is still so much I’d like to see whether it’s with a ford escape or some other car. 🙂
What a great meal! My bucket list includes a trip to New Zealand.
