Boiron Family Twitter Party


  1. HOSTS: The hosts of this Twitter Party are Boiron Canada & Ottawa Mommy Club.
  2. Moderators: The moderators of this Twitte Party are @CanBlogHouse & @AMotherhoodBlog
  3. TWITTER PARTY PERIOD: The Boiron Family Twitter Party (the “Contest”) begins at 8:00 p.m.(EDT) on October 20th, 2016
  4. ELIGIBILITY: In order to win a prize you must be a legal resident of Canada who is at least the age of majority or older in their province/territory of residence on the date of entry, have filled out the linky entry form and participated in the Twitter Party following the hashtag #boironfamily. Quebec residents are not eligible to win the Grand Prize.
  5. TO PARTICIPATE: You must be a registered user on Twitter (a third party Web site) to participate. If you do not have a Twitter account, follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Twitter account at You must be registered by the above registration method to participate in the twitter party.
  6. HOW TO WIN: Prizes will be drawn during the Twitter Party Period.

At this time, a random draw will be held from among all eligible entries received using Twitter Twitter Chicken Dinner. In order to claim a prize, a winner must fill out a winner’s form to be provided at the Twitter Party.

  • 4 Secondary Prizes ($70 value)

Winner must accept the prize as stated. Prize cannot be substituted, transferred or exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Twitter Party Sponsors, who reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion and for any reason, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, including without limitation, a cash award. Prizes not claimed by October 23rd, 2016 will not be awarded and redrawned. Allow up to 6 weeks to receive a prize.


Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible participants registered and that participated during the Twitter Party Period.


By participating, a participant who wins a Prize consents to the use of their Twitter account name, first and last name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes related to the Twitter Party without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Twitter Party, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Twitter Party Hosts, Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates or related companies, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotion agencies, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Twitter Party, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize-related activity. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Twitter Party Rules, and decisions of the Twitter Party Hosts and Sponsors, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Twitter Party.
